Since May 2015, Benaroya serves as Vice President & Global Controller at
Dawn Foods. His tasks include identifying ways to accelerate profitable
growth and to enable the Shared Services organization to achieve Best in
Class performance by 2018. After less than a year on the job, the first World
Class objective has been achieved.
For 3 years beginning in March 2012, Benaroya held the position of Vice
President-Finance, Emerging Markets at Beiersdorf AG (Nivea, La Prairie,
Eucerin). The region included Latin America, Russia and Central Asia, the
Middle East & Turkey, India and Africa. During his tenure, the Region
recorded growth in excess of 15% per year and absolute levels of

six months, a worldwide benchmark; re-launched the Financial Analysis,

researched the performance of stocks, bonds and real estate for the period
1960 to 1990.
He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BBA in Finance from Kennesaw
University (1991) and with an MBA from The American University in
Washington at the age of 21. All education on full scholarships.
